DEALING WITH PENINSULA MARINE COVERS

Normally these are the most common steps to dealing with Peninsula Marine Covers

• Once communication begins, we will discuss what you are looking for

• If possible, an estimate will be given via emailed photos provided from the customer with a detailed description of work and where your boat is berthed, or a booked meeting will be planned

• Upon discussion/meeting, ideas, colours and requirements will be discussed etc. A firm quotation will be emailed to the client 

• Upon agreeing to commence work we request a deposit to begin (this is determined by the job to be carried out)

• Once the job is complete the owner of the vessel will be contacted. Any thoughts of maintenance needs will be addressed

• We do usually allow owners a couple of days to get down to the boat to view our work for themselves

• Upon satisfaction, it is expected that full payment is made within 7 days

If a boat owner is not available for some period of time upon completion, we will provide photos of finished work.
